Can I buy the pieces shown here?
This is a demonstration shop. The products, prices and stock figures are sample content, and no real payments or deliveries are offered.
How do I choose a product option?
On products with options, choose an available variation before adding it to the cart. The displayed price and availability can change with your selection.
Can I change the quantity in my cart?
Yes. Open the cart to adjust quantities or remove a piece. Availability and quantity limits follow the sample WooCommerce product settings.
What happens if I try checkout?
Checkout previews the order journey. Use fictional information only: WooCommerce can process entered details and prepare draft records before the final order button is used. No payment method is enabled for real transactions.

Does this demo ship to my address?
No parcels are dispatched from this demo. Shipping destinations and address fields are included to demonstrate the shopping experience.
Where can I find delivery costs and timing?
The Delivery & Returns page shows how a shop can present those details. Any sample charges or timeframes are illustrative; a live store must provide its actual shipping information.
Can I track a demo order?
There are no real shipments to track here. In a live shop, tracking depends on the fulfilment service and the information supplied by the operator.
How do returns and refunds work here?
The demo does not fulfil return requests or refunds. Explore Delivery & Returns to preview the help-page layout; a live store will need its own return process.

Where do I start with caring for a piece?
Follow the instructions supplied with your actual product. The Care Guide offers general ideas for ceramics, decorative pieces and textiles, rather than verified specifications for sample items.
Can ceramics go in the dishwasher or microwave?
Only if the instructions for the actual piece say it is suitable. Appliance suitability is not verified for the demo products; do not assume it from a product image.
Can I machine wash a throw?
Check the care label first. Different fibres, weaves and finishes can require different washing and drying methods.
Can every decorative vase hold water?
Do not assume a decorative vessel is watertight. Follow its intended use and protect the surface beneath it.

Do I need an account to explore the demo?
You can browse the collection and view the cart without signing in. New account registration is currently disabled on this demo.
Where would I find my order details?
For an existing account, WooCommerce shows available orders in My Account. This demo does not create real purchases or dispatch goods.
Does the Contact form send a message?
The form is in demo mode. It validates a submission and shows a confirmation, but the Terrafolk Contact plugin does not email or save that demo message.
Where can I read about privacy?
The Privacy Policy describes the current demo setup, including account and checkout features, browser storage and the contact form. Please avoid entering sensitive or real payment information.
