Where do I find my order number?
Look at the receipt shown after checkout or your order confirmation. If you have an account, its Orders section can also show your available order records.
Why can my order not be found?
Check the order number and use the billing email entered at checkout. If the details still do not match, use the contact route provided by the shop for help.
Does an order status mean my parcel has shipped?
Order status and carrier tracking are different. Use any dispatch information or carrier link supplied by the shop to check the journey of a real parcel.
